TO OUR MEMBERS:

The management of Banner Federal Credit Union expresses its appreciation to the following members for offering to serve on the seven-member Board of Directors.  The Nomination Committee has recommended three individuals for the three vacancies up for election.  Please mark your ballot, sign, and return it to any of our branch offices or mail it to Banner Federal Credit Union Administration, 9321 W. Thomas Rd. Suite 125, Phoenix, AZ. 85037.  Ballots must be returned on or before April 13, 2026, to be counted.  The winners of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on April 16, 2026.  Good board members mean sound policies and oversight that benefit you.  Please take the time to vote.

Ryann Snedeker

I am honored to be considered for continued service on the Banner Federal Credit Union Board. I have been with Banner Health for nearly 13 years and currently serve as Senior Director, Foundation Operations for the Banner Health Foundation. In this role, I lead operational strategy for the Foundation, including oversight of Annual Giving, Planned Giving, Research, Database Management, and Government Grants & Contracts, ensuring strong infrastructure and stewardship to support charitable giving across Banner’s hospitals and health care facilities in Arizona. I hold a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and bring more than 20 years of experience in business operations across both nonprofit and for-profit environments. My background in finance, operations, and philanthropy enables me to contribute thoughtful oversight and strategic perspective to the Board’s work. If elected, I look forward to continuing to support the Credit Union and its members by offering fresh ideas, sound governance, and a strong commitment to service. Thank you for your consideration.

Who are the Board of Directors?

Banner Federal Credit Union’s Board is made up of seven Directors. These seven individuals are members of the credit union elected by the membership and serve without compensation. Any member in good standing is eligible and encouraged to serve on the board.

We open our Call for Nominees in February of each year and announce the new Board Members during our Annual Meeting in April. If you are interested in serving on your credit union’s board, please email us at inform@bannerfcu.org. Directors are not required to make any investment in or have any deposits in the credit union beyond the minimum membership share balance.
