CHANGE YOUR PIN  AT BANNER FCU OWNED ATM's

Members are now able to make PIN changes at Banner Federal owned ATM's. The Banner Debit and ATM Cards use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to identify the card owner when completing requests. If it is too hard to remember "your" PIN, now is a good time to change it. Just take your Debit Card to any Banner Federal owned ATM, request PIN Change on the ATM options screen and you'll be directed through a short process to change your PIN.

Keep the PIN separate from your Card - The PIN is your protection when your card is lost or compromised. NEVER place your PIN in your purse or wallet along with your card. If your purse/wallet is stolen, the thief would have both the card and the PIN to complete transactions. Don't give out your PIN. A PINNED transaction cannot be disputed because of fraud. If the transaction is pinned, it's considered valid. Protect yourself; reset your PIN to something you can easily remember and don't write it on anything that would be stolen with your card. Don't use your birth date, or telephone number as a PIN. If the thief has your purse/wallet, they have your drivers license too, which has your birth date on it. Change YOUR PIN today! - It's for your own protection.

Rates Still Great On Vehicle Loans

Check Retrieval Online

Banner Federal Credit Union is proud to offer a new service that many members have been asking for. You can now retrieve and print copies of your own checks, including the back showing endorsements and deposit stamps by logging onto the Banner Home Financial Services (HFS). Online Account Access via HFS allows you to view account balances and history and transfer funds via the Internet. HFS now provides the ability to view and print you processed checks by simply clicking on the check you wish to view. In moments, the check is delivered to your computer screen. You can view the check or print out a copy for your records. It takes but seconds. HFS is available to all Banner FCU members. Sign up for HFS by clicking to the Account Access link, click the Sign Up button. Your request will be processed by the credit union the following day and you will be provided instructions on how to log onto the HFS system. It's easy and
fast.

Change the delivery of your monthly statements from paper to E-Statements.  When your E-Statement is ready the credit union emails you notification to pick up your statement.  That's your queue to log onto our E-Statement web site and take delivery of your monthly statement.  It's fast, easy and always ready to view, printout or store.  The credit union keeps up to 12 months of statements available for your review if you need to view a prior statement.  Ask to be placed on E-Statements today! It's another FREE Checking Account Service from Banner Federal.
